We are a world class manufacturer of bed frames and support system. We manufacture a complete line of beds frames to meet the demands of the market. We are a third generation company founded in 1969.

Our products are manufacture with used U.S.A. railroad rail as the raw material. This rail is delivered to the site by railcar or truck to the facility in Vinton Texas. On-site, the rail is sorted by size and prepared by trimming the rail ends and removing any defects that would interfere with production. The rail is then heated in a natural gas fired furnace to 2200 ºF. The heated rail is fed into a rolling mill that reduces the rail size and forms it into the angle or any other product cross-section being run. The material is then passed by conveyor to a cooling bed, where it is cooled to near ambient temperature. It is then passed through a large multi-pass shear, where it is cut either to intermediate or final length.
